    Heintze column, a masterpiece

The opinion piece by Carl Heintze in the March 20 issue of The Campbell Reporter about the infantry is a masterpiece. This one I'll clip and save. Well done, Mr. Heintze!

I'm still stinging over what was done to the infantrymen in the Korean and Vietnam Wars. On the battlefield, they won one smashing victory after another, which were all reported as defeats by the Walter Cronkites and all those other fine fellows in the media of that era. Then, the final victory in both wars was tossed to the communists by the Henry Kissinger types in Washington, proving conclusively that any war against communism is scheduled to be lost.
