Hiked up rent prices and limited space have driven companies in the Bay Area to search for offices creatively. High-tech companies have been forced to abandon the sterile, white-walled buildings that typify the computer industry for more colorful surroundings. Corporate West and its subsidiary, Trigger It, have taken up residence in an old dining hall at 209 Railway Ave. The company, which builds servers and is involved in computer networks integration and web design, has been in Campbell for about 15 years, Director Chris Harris said.
