    Police Blotter

    Goldilocks--May 15, 8:00 p.m. Residents of a home on Peach Tree Court returned home Saturday night to discover an adult woman in their home eating their food. According to the Campbell police log, the woman feigned insanity and told the residents that she lived at their home. Police arrived soon after and found the woman lying on the bed eating cookies.

    Unfair Trade--May 15. An unknown suspect stole the front wheel off a mountain bike parked on Latimer Avenue. In return, the suspect left a deflated tire, presumably from his or her mountain bike.

    Perfect PruneFestival--May 15. No disturbances were reported all day during the PruneFestival. According to CPD's watch commander's log, "everyone ate, drank and was merry."

    Stabbing--May 13, 9:50 p.m. Two young men, ages 18 and 24, became involved in an altercation in front of U-Save Liquors last Thursday night. The suspect, age 24, stabbed the 18-year-old victim in the stomach. The suspect was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon.

    Stealing from Church--May 13. An employee of the Church of Scientology at 2155 S. Bascom Avenue reportedly altered her own paycheck to steal $3,200.

    Attempted Suicide--May 11, 8:00 p.m. A 14-year-old Leigh High School student who lives in Campbell became depressed when her boyfriend broke up with her. According to CPD's watch commander's log, "she drank lots of vodka at school because she wanted to die."

    Teenage Suicide Threat--May 11, 2:43 p.m. A 12-year-old Campbell Middle School student told teachers that she wanted to hurt herself and talked about having access to guns. She also talked about making a bomb to blow up the school. Eastfield Ming Quong responded.
