    Police Blotter

    Indecent Proposal--May 30, 10:29 p.m. An intoxicated and belligerent 18-year-old man was arrested in front of Taco Bravo Sunday night, after screaming at a Campbell police officer for oral sex.

    Cemented Sleep--May 29, 11:00 p.m. Police encountered a 36-year-old man sound asleep on the sidewalk at Winchester and Colonial. He was determined to be too drunk to care for himself, and arrested.

    All Mouth, No Muscle--May 27, 11:35 p.m. A 19-year-old man reportedly strutted around Campbell Billiards Thursday night challenging other bar-goers to fight. Someone reportedly accepted his offer, won the fight and the instigator received injuries to his face and arms but declined medical treatment from the Campbell police. Police had no information about the suspect.

    Abel and Cain--May 24, 9:28 p.m. A 27-year-old man who stabbed his 25-year-old brother five years ago, threatened to finish the job with a knife. The threat was reported from Gilman Avenue in Campbell.

    Roof-top Robber-- May 24. The owner of a Winchester Blvd. check-cashing company reported that at some point during the past four days, an unknown suspect cut a hole in the roof of his business but did not enter. The owner phoned police, worried that the suspect might come back and hold him up when he arrived for work.

    Forced Sex with a Minor--May 24. A 12-year-old female student at Campbell Middle School reported that on numerous occasions during the month of February, two juvenile boys had forced sex with her in an alleyway off West Rincon.

    Student Smoker--May 24. A 16-year-old was cited for smoking at the corner of Hacienda and San Tomas Aquino Road.
