After hearing two years' worth of complaints from Winston Chew's neighbors regarding the agglomeration of debris gathered in his Campbell lot, city council voted to give Chew only 14 days to abate his property. Chew will have until July 20 to eliminate the junk, which one contracting company estimates will fill four 40-foot dumpsters.
