    Police Blotter

    Early Drop-off--Dec. 8, 1:37 p.m. A man was arguing with his girlfriend while driving down Highway 17. He hit her and left her on the side of the highway at Hamilton Avenue. The man went to the San Mateo Police Department and reported that she had hit him. A report was filed.

    Stabs of Jealousy--Dec. 10, 2:07 p.m. A man went to visit his ex-girlfriend. The man demanded that she come out, and when she refused he stabbed the front door several times with a serrated pocket knife. Another person tried to take the knife away from the suspect when the man threatened him with it, and cut his own hand. The suspect was booked.

    Vehicular Shoplifting--Dec. 11, 3:45 p.m. Two men entered the D & J Hobby store on N. San Thomas Aquino Road, while a woman waited outside in a car with the engine running. The men in the store took some radio-controlled cars and left the store, when they were confronted by a store employee. The three struggled, and the employee was able to recover one of the toy cars before the men got into the waiting car and fled. A report was filed.

    Walking It Off--Dec. 13, 1:44 p.m. A guest in a Motel 6 hotel was supposed to have left her room when housekeeping entered it and found her passed out on the floor. Paramedics arrived on the scene and revived her, but she was uncooperative with them. When she walked outside she was arrested and taken to a sobering station.

    Dueling Duo--Dec. 13, 10:45 p.m. Two people on Hacienda Avenue argued and hit each other. They drove together to the Campbell Police Department to report on each other. Neither wanted to prosecute the other. They left together. The case was sent to the DA's office.

    No Love Lost--Dec. 8, 10:50 p.m. A man went to his ex-girlfriend's house on Sanford Avenue and found her current boyfriend with her. The man pushed his ex-girlfriend to the ground. The case was sent to the DA's office.
