De Anza Force
The De Anza Force Soccer Club will hold tryouts in January for CYSA Class 1 and Class 3 teams. Teams will play the spring season, then continue into the fall of 2001.
Age groups, as of the fall of 2001, are for boys and girls under-9, under-10, under-11 and under-12 teams.

Volleyball Signups
The United States Youth Volleyball League is now accepting registration for its spring program in Los Gatos and San Jose.
The coed league is open to players ages 8-14 and the fee of $90 per player includes instruction, games, uniform T-shirt and equipment. League play runs March 31-June 16.

Campbell Little League
The Campbell Little League will hold signups for the 2001 season each Saturday in December (except Dec. 23) and January, 9 a.m.-noon each day, at the Holman Field Clubhouse next to Rosemary School (corner of Millich Drive and Hamilton Avenue).
Players ages 5-12 are eligible and must present their birth certificate, proof of residency (a phone or utility bill) and the $40 donation at the registration.

Moreland signups
The Moreland Little League is hold signups for the 2001 season. The registration fee is $95. For more information, call 408.370.6854.
Pony signups
The Campbell Pony League will hold signups for the 2001 baseball season on Dec. 19, 7-8 p.m., at John D. Morgan Park in Campbell. The league is open to players ages 13-14. The registration fee is $75. For more information, call 408.866.5264.
San Jose PAL
The San Jose PAL Pony baseball program is holding signups for players ages 7-12 interested in participating in the 2001 season. Signups are held Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m., at PAL Stadium.
Players must provide a birth certificate and the registration fee of $40 for players ages 7-8, $45 for players ages 9-10 or $50 for players ages 11-12.
