Peeping Tom - May 26, 9:36 p.m. A suspect was seen looking into the bedroom window of a 22-year-old woman on Sharmon Palms Lane. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male with brown hair, between the ages of 25 and 30, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing approximately 170 pounds and wearing a zipped-up hooded sweatshirt and light-colored blue jeans. Assault - May 25, 11 p.m. A 38-year-old woman on Union Avenue stabbed her husband during an argument. The knife caused a small puncture wound on the man's right arm. The woman was booked. Outstanding Warrants - May 25, 11:40 a.m. A 24-year-old man put on a pair of shoes in a store on W. Hamilton Avenue and left without paying for them. He was caught by authorities and arrested for $10,000 in outstanding warrants. Driving Drunk - May 24, 7:20 p.m. A 48-year-old man was involved in a collision at Smith Avenue and Mary Court. Authorities determined that he was intoxicated, and he was booked. Illegal Drugs - May 24, 10:45 a.m. A 34-year-old man was stopped by authorities at the intersection of Bascom and Campbell avenues. He was on probation and had methamphetamine and a pipe in his car. The man was booked. Vandalism - May 23. An unknown suspect slashed all four tires of a car parked under a carport on Bascom Avenue. The incident occurred on May 22 between 1 and 9 a.m. Theft - May 23, 9:50 p.m. A 54-year-old man stole a faucet and toilet paper holder from a store on E. Hamilton Avenue. He was stopped by security, cited and released. Battery - May 23, 12:43 a.m. A 36-year-old man in a restaurant on Orchard City Drive got into an argument with the karaoke DJ because the DJ wouldn't let him sing. The man took a swing at the DJ but hit another person. A second individual was also punched by the man when he tried to stop the fight. The man was booked. Burglary - May 21, 8:30 a.m. An unknown suspect entered an apartment on Fulton Street through a rear sliding glass door and stole CDs and a camera. Petty Theft - May 20 3:45-5:45 p.m. An unknown suspect stole an unlocked mountain bike off the porch of a home on Hardy Avenue. Shoplifting - May 20, 12:07 p.m. A 65-year-old man was arrested for stealing two cassettes tapes from a store on Bascom Avenue. He was cited and released. |
