Theft - June 2, 2-4:30 p.m. An unknown suspect stole a mountain bike from a garage on W. Rincon Ave. and replaced it with a bicycle of lesser value. Reckless Driving - June 1, 12:45 a.m. A 19-year-old man was driving recklessly on San Tomas Expressway. He was stopped by authorities on the expressway at Budd Avenue, and marijuana was found in his car. The man was booked. Spousal Cruelty - June 1. A 66-year-old man on Ricky Drive beat and bit his wife, leaving a large bite mark on her inner thigh and a large bruise on her left shoulder. The suspect was located at his home and arrested by authorities. The incident occurred two weeks ago. Theft - May 30, 3 p.m. A 48-year-old man made two separate purchases with a woman's stolen credit card in a store on E. Campbell Avenue When he returned for the third time, he was asked for identification and he fled. Authorities later located him on W. Campbell Ave., and he was intoxicated. |
