Aggravated Assault—Oct. 5, 6:56 p.m. A 48-year-old man assaulted two men during a traffic dispute on Hacienda Avenue. The suspect punched one man in the face and pushed the second man to the ground. The second man hit an object, which caused a large cut. The perpetrator was booked.
Assault—Oct. 3, 11:10 p.m. An intoxicated 24-year-old man slapped a woman during an argument. He fled but later returned. The authorities were called, and the man was booked.
Drunk in Public—Oct. 3, 8:20 p.m. A man who was acting strangely in a park on Campbell Avenue was taken into custody by authorities. He was intoxicated and unable to take care of himself.
Theft—Oct. 3. A fish finder was removed from a boat parked in a driveway on Boise Drive. The incident occurred during the past three weeks. There are no suspects at this time.
Grand Theft—Oct. 2. Approximately $5,000 worth of coins were stolen from a collection at a home on Shadle Avenue. The incident occurred between Sept. 29 and Oct. 1. There are no suspects at this time.
Recovered Car—Oct. 2, 6:45 a.m. A car that had been left running in front of an apartment on Echo Avenue was stolen. The victim later located the car in a parking lot on W. Rincon Avenue. The perpetrator had stolen the car keys, car stereo and a backpack.
Petty Theft—Oct. 1, 4:20 p.m. A purse was stolen from a shopping cart in a supermarket on S. Winchester Avenue. The perpetrator used the victim's gas credit card 20 minutes later. There are no suspects at this time.
Forgery—Oct. 1, 3:45 p.m. A person entered a store on W. Campbell Avenue and attempted to cash a forged check from a dentist's office. The perpetrator had cashed a check the day before from the same dentist's office. The victim was contacted and reported the check as a forgery. There are no suspects at this time.
