Theft—Dec. 26, 10:25 p.m. Two people were arrested for using counterfeit $20 bills to purchase merchandise at a video store on Campbell Avenue. One person was booked. The second individual was released pending a review by the district attorney. The U.S. Secret Service was notified.

Burglary—Dec. 26, 9 a.m. An unknown person pried open a door to break into a pizza parlor on W. Hamilton Avenue and steal a change machine.

Driving Under the Influence—Dec. 25, 11:16 p.m. Police received a call reporting that a car was driving around in circles in the parking lot of an apartment building on W. Hamilton Avenue. The driver was passed out at the wheel, holding a beer. An officer was able to open the door and stop the car. The driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

Vandalism—Dec. 25, 10:55 a.m. An unknown person scratched the paint on Ford Escort that was parked on Echo Avenue.

Burglary—Dec. 25, 9:30 a.m. An unknown person smashed the window of two cars on Gale Drive and stole property

Theft—Dec. 23, 9:52 p.m. An unknown person stole the wheels and tires from a 2003 Honda Civic parked on White Oaks Road.

Recovered Vehicle—Dec. 21, 11 p.m. Police located an abandoned and stolen 1993 Nissan parked in front of a home on Michael Drive.

Theft—Dec. 21, 11 a.m. An unknown person stole an Apple iPod, digital camera and wallet from an unlocked Chevy Blazer parked on Regina Way.
