Past Mistakes: Feb. 19 marks the 63rd anniversary of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt's Executive Order No. 9066 which authorized the evacuation of Japanese-Americans from the West Coast. Campbell residents Katsumi and Alice Hikido were forced to live in internment camps during World War II.
