Burglary--June 26, 1­9:45 a.m. An unknown person opened the window of a car parked on Sobrato Avenue. The individual stole CDs, a Sony CD player and computer software from inside the car as well as two tool boxes from the trunk area.

Assault--June 25, 10:18 p.m. A 24-year-old man entered a supermarket on Winchester Boulevard and stole a bottle of Sudafed. He was stopped by the store's security and punched the security officer in the face. He was arrested on assault charges.

Theft--June 25, 7:41 p.m. A 25-year-old woman stole toiletries and food from a supermarket on Winchester Boulevard. The woman was stopped by the store's security and cited by authorities.

Drunk In Public--June 24, 11:39 p.m. A 43-year-old man got into a fight at a bar on Dell Avenue. He was intoxicated and unable to care for himself. The man also had a $10,000 warrant for traffic violations.

Drunk In Public--June 24, 10:12 p.m. A 71-year-old man near the intersection of Hacienda Avenue and Walnut Drive was yelling in the street. He was intoxicated and unable to care for himself. He was arrested by authorities.

Theft With Prior--June 24, 6:23 p.m. A 22-year-old man stole a Sony earpiece from an electronics store on Hamilton Avenue. He was stopped outside by the security officers. A $50,000 warrant had already been issued on charges of grand theft, and he had a prior theft conviction with jail time already served. He was arrested by authorities.

Identity Fraud--June 24. An unknown person used an individual's checking account number to make fraudulent charges. The victim lived on Harriet Avenue.
