Driving Drunk--Sept. 24, 12:42 a.m. A 47-year-old man was stopped for a traffic violation at Dry Creek Road and New Jersey Avenue. Police determined he was intoxicated. He had three prior drunk driving arrests and he was not wearing an interlock device as required by his probation. There were three warrants for his arrest, and he had a suspended license.

Theft--Sept. 23, 8 p.m.-8:30 a.m. An unknown person entered an unlocked car parked on Lenore Avenue. A cell phone and jumper cables were stolen.

Fraud--Sept. 18, 8:15 p.m. A 35-year-old woman and 29-year-old man attempted to buy a bicycle at a bike shop on Bascom Avenue using a counterfeit California driver's license and another person's Social Security card.
