'PC' approach does
not compare with
heartfelt greeting

Thank you very much for speaking up for me (Moryt Milo, Dec. 14).

That's exactly how I feel so I've been ignoring incorrect "political correctness" in favor of expressing heartfelt good wishes for a "Merry Christmas."

Unfortunately, even students in high schools have been brainwashed to abide by the rules of "political correctness." We need more advocates for decent, non-malicious, well-meaning free speech. So keep writing. We don't want political correctness to stifle freedom of expression and freedom of speech.
