Shooting Stars

Coed tee ball

Registration is under way for the Sherman Oaks Community Center tee ball league for boys and girls ages 5-8. Games and practices are on Saturdays at Hamann Park, 2750 Westfield Ave. The season runs from April 5 to May 10, and the cost is $28. For more information, call 408.277.5680.

Stick Starz

Stick Starz, a field hockey program for boys and girls ages 8-11 sponsored by the U.S. Field Hockey Association, will hold practices on Saturdays on March 15, 22 and 29 and April 5, 12, 19 and 26, 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m., at Presentation High School.
