Can-do attitude

Cupertino resident Tim Gonterman collected 900 pounds of food to donate to Second Harvest Food Bank as part of his Eagle Scout Project. Gonterman, a Monta Vista High School student, posted fliers in all eight wards of the Saratoga Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, of which he is a member. Members filled several barrels of food for the project at a Labor Day breakfast in Saratoga.
