Guastavino-Ruhle

Angela Guastavino and Gregory Ruhle were married Feb. 10 at Heart of Reno Chapel in Reno, Nev.

The bride is the daughter of Virginia and Robert Guastavino of Sunnyvale. She graduated from Fremont High School in 2005 and from the Adult Community Education in Sunnyvale in 2007.

The groom is the son of Laura and Charles Ruhle of Sunnyvale. He graduated from Homestead High School in 2001 and attends De Anza College.

Engagement

Ponce-Canete

Lisa Scott-Ponce and Robert Ponce of Cupertino proudly announce the engagement of their daughter, Christina to Mattie Canete of San Jose. The couple met four years ago through mutual friends.

Ponce is a graduate of Monta Vista High School and Dominican University of San Rafael. She works as a registered nurse in San Francisco.

Canete graduated from Bellarmine College Prep and California State University-Fresno and works for Nalco and the city of San Jose

Canete is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Canete of San Jose and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Owens of Los Angeles.

Ponce's grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Ponce of Sunnyvale and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Delaney of San Jose.

The wedding is planned for December.
