The Peninsula West Valley Association of Realtors (PenWest) has installed new officers and directors to serve on its board of directors for 1999. The new president is Nina Yamaguchi of Coldwell Banker, Cupertino. Other officers include president-elect David Barca of Fine Homes and Estate-Seville Contempo, Menlo Park; treasurer Bob Egan of Coldwell Banker, Saratoga; and past president John Lazar of Coldwell Banker, Palo Alto.
Directors serving on the board are Jeff Barnett of Alain Pinel Realtors, Los Gatos; Bonnie Wilson of Alain Pinel Realtors, Saratoga; Lovinda Beal and Ginny Kavanaugh of Coldwell Banker, Portola Valley; Dave Hobson and Susan Tilling of Coldwell Banker, Menlo Park; Mickey Shaevitz of Coldwell Banker, Los Altos; Bob Stelzer of Elliot Ames, Los Altos; Mary Prochnow of Mary Prochnow Realtors, Los Altos; Mark Burns of Fine Homes and Estates-Seville Contempo of Cupertino; Arvada Darnell of Coldwell Banker, Palo Alto; Judy Jarvis Ellis of Alain Pinel Realtors, Palo Alto; Willi Krauss of W.A. PenWest is an information resource for both realtors and consumers that provides ongoing education programs and training, Internet access and online networking, and mediation programs and legislative advocacy.
