Police Report
Grand Theft--March 1, 2:21 p.m., on University Avenue. A black pottery wedding vase worth $1,200 was taken from in front of the store.
Vandalism--Feb. 28, 7:29 a.m., on Pine-wood Lane. An unknown object was thrown through the caller's rear house window.
Trespassing--Feb. 28, 3:16 p.m., on Bicknell Road. A man and woman in their mid 20s were seen on the property of a house under construction. The house has been robbed twice in the past. A neighbor witnessed both people leaving the home. Both trespassers were arrested, and one was arrested for possible narcotics possession.
Petty Theft--Feb. 28, 3:13 p.m., on Union Avenue. A wedding ring was stolen from the bathroom of a restaurant, possibly by an employee.
Harassment--Feb. 28, 12:31 a.m., on N. Santa Cruz Avenue. Two women said a man at the bar sexually harrassed them. The suspect was arrested.
Disturbance--Feb. 26, 6:32 p.m., on N. Santa Cruz Avenue. An aunt said her niece ran away but later came back to pick up some things. When the aunt wouldn't let the niece into the house, the niece reportedly tried to break down the door. The aunt opened the door and was hit in the nose. Police arrested the niece.
