    Police Report

    Residential Burglary--March 8, 12:43 p.m., on Natalye Road. $300 worth of tools were taken out of a garage of a house under construction.

    Embezzlement--March 8, 8:37 p.m., on Blossom Hill Road. An employee embezzled $6,500 cash from a deposit. She later admitted to it during an interview regarding the missing money and was arrested.

    Vandalism--March 8, 10:33 a.m., on Daves Avenue. An unknown subject tore down screens and smeared some substance over several walls and windows at a school.

    Disturbance--March 8, 10:32 a.m., on N. Santa Cruz Avenue. A customer was arrested for screaming and frightening other customers away.

    Auto Burglary--March 8, 8:58 a.m., on S. Santa Cruz Avenue. A white trailer was stolen from a hardware store.

    Disturbance--March 7, 10:50 p.m., on Bachman Avenue. Two 25-year-old men were swinging at patrons and bouncers in a restroom.

    Dangerous Behavior--March 7, 3:07 p.m., on Twin Creeks. A resident reported seeing two juveniles on the roof of a car driving approximately 40 mph. Officers went to the driver's home where the driver admitted the 9-year-olds were standing up with their heads sticking out of the sunroof. She was advised that the boys need to be seatbelted in when the car is in motion.

    Petty Theft--March 7, 9:39 a.m., on Los Gatos Boulevard. An apartment owner requested information on what to do regarding a former tenant who is entering the apartment, without force, and is taking his property.

    Disturbance--March 6, 1:05 p.m., on Blossom Valley Drive. Several juveniles were riding skateboards on a playground. The caller asked them to leave but they refused.

    Commercial Burglary--March 6, 11:15 p.m., on Lark Avenue. The front door to a business was pried open sometime during the night. Nothing was taken.

    Commercial Burglary--March 5, 8:52 a.m., on N. Santa Cruz Avenue. An unknown suspect broke a window of a business. The cash drawer was also opened and $150 in cash and checks were taken.
