Artists wanted for juried show

The Los Gatos art and museum associations are looking for artists to enter their annual open juried show at the Los Gatos Museum May 2-June 1.

David Middlebrook, a professor of art at San Jose State University, will serve as the show's juror. Cash awards will be presented in each of four categories: oils and acrylics; watercolors and pastels; mixed media, including graphics and photography; and sculpture, including three-dimensional works.

Each artist is allowed up to three entries, which may be delivered to the Los Gatos Museum, 4 Tait Ave., on April 27 from noon to 4 p.m. Museum members pay a fee of $8 per entry; nonmembers pay $11 per entry. For more information, call show chairman Jerry Jarrett at 378-7812.
