Silicon Valley is bursting at the seams with new millionaires, thanks to stock options, IPOs and dot-com businesses. Many of the newly affluent covet addresses in Los Gatos, Monte Sereno and Saratoga, but all the money in the valley has made the housing market so tight that prospective homeowners are finding themselves in bidding wars--and paying way over the asking price--or their homes.
