In addition to those who won races at the May 5 Scholastic Classic, student artists who were named winners in the race's annual art contest lined up in the Winner's Circle. They are (from left): Andy Hight, Lexington School; David Barden, Blossom Hill; Marcus Dufort, Van Meter; and Mark Schnepper, Daves Avenue. Missing is Ashley Gillilan of Fisher Middle School. The winners' drawings are on the front and back of the race's official T-shirt. Earlier, the winners of the T-shirt design contest were feted at lunch at C.B. Hannegan's.
