Twig and Barbara Ziegler of Pendleton, Ore., announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Rene, to Mark Alan Hedricks, son of Jack and Barbara Hedricks of Los Gatos.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Pendleton High School and Portland State University. She is an insurance agent with Nationwide Insurance in Portland. Her fiancé is a graduate of Los Gatos High School. He is general manager of the Red Robin in Portland.
They plan a September wedding.
