Grand theft--Aug 8, 3:41 p.m. on Los Gatos Boulevard. The caller's specialized bicycle was stolen; a witness saw two men with bolt cutters steal it. Police took a report.
Drunk in public--Aug 8, 7:31 p.m. on N. Santa Cruz Avenue. A shirtless man was passed out on a bus stop bench. Police arrested him for public drunkenness.
