Clearing the Way for Housing Workers prepare 330 University Avenue for 25 new single, duplex and triplex homes. Los Gatos developer Bill Hirschman's project was approved in February, after two years of working with neighbors and the town. Hirschman had to overcome substantial neighborhood opposition and traffic concerns before obtaining his approval. Three of the development's 25 residences will be below-market-price units.
