It's a hard-knock life Miss Hannigan (Kathy DeMerit) chides Annie (Sasha Scott) and her orphan friends, played by Amy Fisher and Evann Dufort, as the locally run Shoestring Theater Company rehearses for its productions of 'Annie,' coming up Sept. 17-19 at the Presbyterian Church of Los Gatos, 16575 Shannon Road.
