Stacy Lynn Youmans and Jason Y. Adams were married Aug. 8 at Monarch Cove in Capitola.
The bride is the daughter of Karen and Richard Youmans of El Macero. A graduate of Davis High School and UC-Santa Barbara, she is pursuing a post-graduate degree in physical therapy at Boston University.
The bridegroom is the son of Liz and Van Adams of Los Gatos. A graduate of Los Gatos High School and UC-Santa Barbara, he is enrolled in the post-graduate pre-medical program at Tufts University.
The couple resides in Boston.

Claudia Child and Emrick "Rick" Hult were married on May 15 at La Manzanita Estate in Montecito.
The bride is the daughter of Maria Sears of Bakersfield and Ricardo Child of Bogotá, Colombia. A graduate of West High School in Bakersfield and UC-Santa Barbara, she is a licensed marriage, family and child therapist with Family Service Agency of San Mateo County.
The bridegroom is the son of William and Vicci Hult of Los Gatos. A graduate of Los Gatos High School and UC-Santa Barbara, he is a securities trader at San Francisco Banc of America Securities.
The couple resides in San Francisco.
