    PTSA presents annual Wildcat Service awards

    The Los Gatos High PTSA presented nine outstanding Los Gatos High School seniors with Wildcat Service Awards for their leadership and service to the school and community. The outstanding seniors are Timothy Chen, Linda Eggers, Joel Key, Joanna Rauh, Zoe Zegnitz, Adam Siegel, Andy Swing, Alex Troy and Jaime Wolf.

    Los Gatos students plan trip to Italy

    The Los Gatos High School Italian class will travel to Bologna, Italy, during spring break in April on cultural exchange. The students will stay with the families and attend school with the Italian students who visited Los Gatos High for two weeks this fall.

    The students will also travel to Rome and other destinations. The Los Gatos- Saratoga Unified School District Board members approved the trip at a board meeting Nov. 16.

    Lexington kids cooka Thanksgiving feast

    With a little help from parent volunteers, the children at Lexington School are cooking a Thanksgiving feast to be served Nov. 23.

    Students will dress as Pilgrims and Indians at the annual event. After the long holiday weekend, the entire fifth-grade class at Lexington School will spend the week of Nov. 29 at science camp in the Marin Headlands.

    Bellarmine College hosts open house

    Bellarmine College Preparatory will host an open house on Dec. 5 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Faculty and staff of the private, Jesuit-run secondary school for boys will offer guided tours of the San Jose campus.
