The Chamber will hold its monthly business mixer on Thursday, Nov. 14, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., at Desire Home Furnishings, 201 N. Santa Cruz Ave. There will be raffle prizes, hors d'oeuvres and beverages; the cost is $5 for Chamber members and $10 for nonmembers.

Next Monday the Chamber will host its annual reception to honor the selection of Los Gatos' new mayor and vice mayor, immediately after they are chosen by their fellow council members. Taking place at the regular Los Gatos Town Council meeting, the Nov. 18 event starts at 7 p.m. in the town council chambers, 110 E. Main St. Cake and drinks will be provided; the event is free.
