Exploring 'Caves'
|

Multi-instrumental improvisator David Auerbach will be performing during his 17th annual Carols in the Caves at five Northern California wineries this holiday season. Locally he'll be playing at Los Gatos' Mirassou Champagne Cellars on Nov. 30 at 7:30 p.m. and Dec. 1 at 5 p.m. Auerbach created Carols in the Caves in 1986 as an eclectic mix of music from rare and archaic instruments, unusual acoustics, traditional Christmas lore and legend and the beauty of California wineries' subterranean caves and cellars.
