Police Report
False Identification—Dec. 3, 10:53 p.m. Police conducted a traffic stop on Los Gatos­Almaden Road, near Escobar Avenue. The 19-year-old driver had a no-bail warrant from juvenile hall for violating probation. Police arrested him for the warrant and also for presenting false identification.

Injured Person—Dec. 3, 3:51 p.m. A 3-year-old boy at Blossom Hill Park suffered an injury to the head. He was taken to the Community Hospital of Los Gatos for the laceration. Police took a report.

Possession of Methamphetamine—Dec. 3, 10:15 a.m. A truck pulled up in front of a Los Gatos Boulevard home, and a man jumped out and took the resident's outgoing mail. The resident reported that there were two occupants in the truck. Police stopped the vehicle at Monterey Avenue. A 29-year-old man in the car had a $10,000 warrant from the county sheriff's office for grand theft; the other man, 31, had a no-bail parole violation warrant from the department of corrections. Police also arrested the two for conspiracy to receive stolen property and possession of methamphetamine.

Parking Problem—Dec. 2, 4:57 p.m. On Blossom Hill Road, at Camino Del Cerro, a large pickup truck with a trailer was parked in the wrong direction. The vehicle made it difficult for other drivers to see while they were turning onto and off of the street. Police were unable to do anything about it, since the truck was parked on private property.

Burglary—Dec. 2, 11 a.m. Sometime between Nov. 26 and Dec. 2, a computer tower was taken from a school's computer lab. There were no signs of forced entry. Police took a report.

Burglary—Dec. 1, 10:52 p.m. A 55-year-old man pulled into the carport of his National Avenue home. He saw a woman in her 20s standing near the carport and asked her what she was doing. The woman replied that her friend lived there, but the man said it was his house. The woman then stuck a gun in the resident's side and walked him to the house, where they were joined by two other men. They told him to open his front door but he had left his keys in the car. One of the suspects went to retrieve the keys. After they entered the home, they asked the victim where the money was, but he didn't have any. The suspects hit the victim and threw him to the floor. He contacted police after the three drove off in his BMW. There were items left on the couch that did not belong to the resident. He was taken to Kaiser, where he was treated for rib injuries and police took photos of those injuries.

Burglary—Dec. 1, 4:37 p.m. A car parked off of Los Gatos­Saratoga Road, near Alberto Way, was burglarized. Its front passenger window was smashed and the purse that had been left on the front seat was taken.

Burglary—Dec. 1, 4:34 p.m. The same thing happened to another car parked in the same parking lot, and another purse was stolen.
