Pat and Meredith Harvey of Grass Valley announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Harvey, to Jason Statler, son of Bob and Carolyn Statler of Los Gatos.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Nevada Union High School in Grass Valley and Butte College in Chico. She is the owner of Stephanie's Custom Interiors.

Her fiancé is a graduate of Leigh High School. He was a sprint car driver for 14 years and is now a forklift operator with Bjork Construction in Fremont.

They plan a June wedding.

Dr. William Parent of Santa Clara and Sherry Parent of Phippsburg, Maine, announce the engagement of their daughter, Susan Doris Parent, to Erik Sagatun Edwards, son of Judge Leonard Perry Edwards and Dr. Inger Sagatun-Edwards of Los Altos Hills.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Los Gatos High School, the University of Arizona and Santa Clara University. She is an attorney with Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto.

Her fiancé is a graduate of the Menlo School in Atherton, American University in Washington, D.C., and Santa Clara University. He is an attorney with Cooley Godward in Palo Alto.

They plan a September wedding.
