Founded in 1984, Future Families has helped place almost 400 children and teenagers in foster care and adoptive homes around the Bay Area. Music in the Park DSL access Soccer coach
After several weeks of making headlines, the issue of where Music in the Park shall be held this year was laid to rest by a town council that showed no signs of wishing to reopen the issue for a public hearing.  More A Los Gatos-based DSL company whose temporary shut down left some 400 customers stranded without Internet access has taken Verizon to court to determine who is responsible for damages suffered last week.  More A Los Gatos soccer coach who was arrested last month on charges of child molestation and is expected to enter a plea this week, now faces charges involving another girl.  More

Patriotic pins Art Cat Day on the Green
Los Gatos resident Dodie Gaines and longtime postal employee Art Guzman teamed up several weeks ago to distribute patriotic-themed pins at the post office as a way of showing support for overseas troops.  More Los Gatos will be showing off its namesake when 50 decorated fiberglass cats take to the streets between Aug. 1 and Sept. 5 to liven up businesses around town.  More Teens from Los Gatos and Leigh high schools will gather together on a Saturday next month for what they hope will be an unprecedented day of music, sunshine and fun.  More
