Email use questioned Bomb scare Soccer coach
Los Gatos High School parents are abuzz about resident Robin Flury's use of a private email list to share her views on a flag-burning photo at the school.  More A bomb threat at Fisher Middle School on April 23 turns out to have been the work of a student who intended it as a prank.  More A month and a half after first being arrested for sex acts with a minor, a Los Gatos soccer coach has yet to enter a plea for his charges.  More

Town economy Stayin' alive Civil liberties resolution
Two main topics were discussed at the last town council meeting: the formation of an economic vitality roundtable and the concept of town hall meetings staged in various Los Gatos neighborhoods.  More The death of Eric Quesada following a drunken driving car accident last November led to a well-attended workshop that addressed teen issues. Now a group of adults and youth are brainstorming ways to bring fun, safe activities for teens to Los Gatos.  More The city of Monte Sereno has been asked to pass a resolution upholding residents' civil liberties, but city officials are conflicted over its involvement in federal issues.  More
