Domestic Disturbance—June 4, 10:52 p.m. A 48-year-old man had been drinking and was in an argument with his wife. He was threatening to hurt her with his hands and had no weapons. Their 15- and 17-year-old children were there. Because the conflict was merely verbal, police did not take a report.
Town Code Violation—June 4, 9:08 p.m. A group of about five 20-year-olds were standing in front of a store on Blossom Hill Road. They were blocking traffic and harassing customers. When police arrived, nobody was around.
Restraining Order Violation—June 4, 6:48 p.m. A 50-year-old man violated his restraining order and visited his 15-year-old daughter at her place of employment. The mother reported the violation to police. They gave her advice.
Stalking—June 4, 2:44 p.m. A woman had been stalked at her home for two weeks by a 40-year-old man and she didn't know why. He called her on the phone and asked her to call him. She was advised to seek a civil order against the man.
Juvenile Disturbance—June 4, 8:22 a.m. In the parking lot of a Los GatosAlmaden Road business, several youth with skateboards were congregated. It was so crowded that employees were unable to drive. Police agreed to do patrol checks of the area. They also contacted the group and issued citations to five of the skateboarders for not having helmets.
Unstable Person—June 4, 7:23 a.m. A 22-year-old man walked away from a mental clinic in his pajamas. The man was hallucinating and was on medication for bipolar disorder. He was also on hold by the clinic for being a danger to others. Los Gatos and San Jose police were alerted to be on the lookout. The man returned to the hospital on his own.
Found Property—June 2, 1:27 p.m. A man found a bone while digging in his yard on Griffith Place. He turned the bone over to police.
Violation—June 1, 12:58 p.m. A woman was regularly going through mailboxes on Oak Knoll Drive. She kept taking out mail, flipping through it and putting it back. Although neighbors asked her several times to stop, she kept doing it. Police went to the woman's house, and they discovered that the 93-year-old suspect lived with her son and his wife. She had been lectured about going through mailboxes.
