Rental housing PlaneTree Patriot Act resolution
The town of Los Gatos has approved a new ordinance requiring secondary housing units on residential properties to be rented out at no more than 80 percent of fair market value.  More The PlaneTree library in Los Gatos provides a wealth of information on health and medical issues, offering patrons the chance to research a variety of diseases and conditions on their own.  More The Monte Sereno City Council has passed, 3-2, a resolution supporting residents' civil rights in the face of the USA Patriot Act.  More

After roughly half a year of enforcing a parking management program that town officials have always said can be adjusted, Los Gatos is making changes to the Olive Zone district.  More Because of safety, visibility and aesthetic concerns cited by a number of Los Gatos residents and employees over the years, owners of semi-trucks, trailers and other large vehicles can no longer park on certain commercial streets in town.  More This summer, four local middle school girls will experience science in a fresh and hands-on manner, thanks to the local chapter of the American Association of University Women.  More
