Sales associates Tom and Jan Gallagher of the Coldwell Banker South office in Los Gatos were named s winners of the company's Distinguished Achievement Award, an honor bestowed on only eight Northern California Coldwell Banker Realtors in 2002.

The award recognizes agents who achieve a high level of success in their first year of real estate.


Leads Club mixer

The Leads Club of Los Gatos will hold a mixer on June 26, 6 p.m., at 6126 Urlin Court in San Jose. The mixer will provide an opportunity for local business people to meet the members of the Los Gatos Leads Club and network with other business people and potential clients.

Habitat for Humanity

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Northern California has announced that it will sponsor the construction of five Habitat for Humanity homes in 2003, including one home in Los Gatos.

In its 10th year partnering with Habitat for Humanity, Coldwell Banker agents, staff and managers have raised more than $365,000 and have sponsored the construction of at least 16 homes in Northern California.
