The following Los Gatos roads will be closed for street repair from June 30 through July 3: Wraight, Bird, Woodland and Forrest avenues; Chester Street; Roberts Road West; Towne Terrace; Avery, Rushmore and Milbrae lanes; Montgomery Street; San Benito and Monterey avenues; Thurston, Olive and Andrews streets; Fancher and Cooper courts; and University Avenue between Roberts Road and Vasona Dam.

The streets will be closed in sections between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. throughout the week. Residents will be notified about their street's actual closure dates. Cars parked on closed streets after 8 a.m. will be towed.


Town's email delivery service now available

The town of Los Gatos has a new email delivery service to let residents know about current events or projects in the area. Those interested will receive an email each time the "What's New" section of the town's website is updated. To register, log on to http://www.town.los-gatos.ca.us/new/email.html.


Town Council takes its show on the road

The Los Gatos Town Council will hold its first "Town Hall in the Neighborhood" meeting on June 30 at 7 p.m. at the Belwood Cabana Club, located at 100 Belwood Gateway. The council aims to enhance town communication through neighborhood meetings, which will provide an opportunity for residents and businesses to interact, share concerns, ask questions, and learn more about town services.
