Economic roundtable Police chase National Night Out
Sharing a few wisecracks in the lobby of the council chambers, tenants and landlords of commercial buildings began a dialogue last week to address rent concerns in town.  More An ATM theft gave way to a police chase July 23, ending in the parking lot of the offices of the Los Gatos Weekly-Times.  More Los Gatos and Monte Sereno neighborhoods will be helping to fight crime when they take part in the 20th annual National Night Out on Aug. 5.  More

Fire guts apartment Town history Advertising Los Gatos
A two-alarm fire that ravaged one unit of an apartment complex last week took firefighters 15 minutes to contain, but it may take another two months before repairs to the building are complete.  More The Los Gatos Public Library has embarked on a campaign to put the town's historic photographs and documents online for the public to enjoy.  More To help put Los Gatos on the map as a vacation and shopping destination, the advertising team from Comcast has plans to film local businesses for commercials that will air on cable television.  More
