Mayor Throws Her Hat in the Ring

Joanne Rodgers (left), chairwoman of the New Millennium Foundation, and Los Gatos Mayor Sandy Decker promote an upcoming auction benefiting Los Gatos High School. The auction theme is 'Hats Off to Los Gatos High School.' Decker is contributing the hat pictured as part of the auction's decor. The auction will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. on Sept. 20 at the Opera House, 140 W. Main St. in Los Gatos, and is one of the events planned for the school's All-Alumni Reunion Weekend, Sept. 19 to 21.
