Arts commission Second-dwelling Fence height
Upon learning last week that there is "overwhelming support" to keep Music in the Park at the civic center, the Los Gatos Arts Commission saw fit to recommend that the concert series continue to take place on E. Main Street.  More The unanimous approval by the Los Gatos Town Council of an ordinance regarding the rental rates of new second-dwelling units went unchallenged last week.  More Some Monte Sereno City Council members found their houses on display at a Sept. 16 council meeting.  More

French Cellar La Rinconada Survey results
A connector ramp from northbound Highway 17 to northbound Highway 85 will most likely be pulled permanently from the Valley Transportation Authority's to-do list.  More Efforts made by the La Rinconada County Club over the past six months to address neighbors' concerns and to minimize the number of golf balls flying to nearby homes convinced the Los Gatos Planning Commission.  More Findings from this year's human services needs survey indicate that a vast majority of Los Gatans feel life in town is improving or staying the same.  More
