Lovers of light will likely flock to the Los Gatos Opera House come Oct. 24, as the Los Gatos Rotary Morning Club welcomes Thomas Kinkade in a public reception from 7 to 10 p.m.
Along with music and fine foods, the reception will include Kinkade's unveiling of his latest work, "Los Gatos, Santa Cruz Avenue." The artist will be available to meet and greet fans, as well as to sell exclusive, signed prints of the work. A portion of these proceeds will be used by the Morning Club to aid community and worldwide Rotary projects.
Tickets for the event are $35 in advance or $45 at the door. To make a reservation, visit www.losgatos.thomaskinkade.com.
