Yoga Golf Zen

Nancy Jamello and Pam Walatka will teach stretching, breathing and

meditating-in-motion for golfers and non-golfers at a Yoga Golf Zen Workship on Oct. 25, 2­4 p.m., at the Los Gatos­Saratoga Recreation Department, 123 East Main St. in Los Gatos. Turkey trot

The Los Gatos­Saratoga Observation Nursery School, located at 19601 Black Road in Los Gatos (also known as the "Mountain School"), will hold its first annual 5K Turkey Trot walk/run on Nov. 9 at Vasona Park.

Registration begins at 9 a.m. The fun, family 5K starts at 11 a.m., and the kids fun run will begin at noon. Food, entertainment and festivities will continue at the Gateway Pavilion until 2 p.m.
