Founder David Bruce handpicks grapes off the vines on the 16-acre David Bruce Winery in Los Gatos. Bruce arrived in the Santa Cruz Mountains in the 1960s and was one of the first vintners, a pioneer, to lead a resurgence in winemaking, especially pinot noir.

Nightlife noise Band theft Coming soon
Noise emanating from establishments that serve alcohol and from nearby parking lots in downtown Los Gatos prompted the town council to ask for a review of how these businesses operate.  More Police have arrested two people suspected of stealing from 37 members of the Saratoga High School marching band.  More Santa Claus gets so excited about visiting Los Gatos on his yearly trip from the North Pole that he's decided to stay here throughout most of December.  More
