Mike Spanier, a top Saratoga Realtor, has joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Silicon Valley. He will be based in Coldwell Banker's Saratoga office at 12029 Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road.

Toys for Tots drive

Coldwell Banker will participate again this year in the annual Toys for Tots campaign. For the 17th year, the Northern California real estate company will team up with the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves in an effort to bring holiday joy to children in need.

Coldwell Banker offices in Los Gatos will be among the official gift-collection centers this year. New, unwrapped toys will be collected locally, through Dec. 19, at Coldwell Banker Los Gatos North, 449 N. Santa Cruz Ave. (408.355.1500) and Coldwell Banker Los Gatos South, 221 Los Gatos­Saratoga Road (408.354.2295).

A.C. Erdal has been named a seniors real estate specialist by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Saratoga. Erdal will specialize in real estate services for older home buyers and sellers, according to Coldwell Banker Saratoga manager Mike James.
