Karen Izzo has been named as the newest sales associate for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Los Gatos South. Izzo will specialize in residential sales in Santa Clara County.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Izzo was a residential sales agent for California Properties GMAC. She also worked for Palmer Advantage as a senior level recruiter specializing in human resources, where her responsibilities included placing senior-level human resources professionals in high-tech companies in the Silicon Valley.

Izzo is an active member of St. Mary's Cathedral Ministries Program in Los Gatos and is lead coordinator for St. Mary's Homeless Shelter Outreach Program in San Jose.

Small joins firm

Jennifer Small has joined Saratoga Properties as its newest sales associate. Small is a longtime Saratoga resident and the mother of five children, all of whom attended Saratoga schools. She has multiple degrees from UCLA and is an accomplished composer and performance musician.

The former Saratoga schoolteacher and band conductor is a BMI recording artist and has recorded six CDs. She has authored poetry and music books and founded "Music Students Ahead."

A portion of the proceeds from the sale of Small's latest CD, Positive Persistence, will go to the Saratoga High School Performing Arts and Lecture building fund.

Agents join Intero

Intero Real Estate Services, which recently moved into a state-of-the-art building at 518 N. Santa Cruz Ave., announces the addition of a number of experienced agents to its sales team.

New agents include Mary Pope-Handy, Brian Kessler, Susan Fagin, Derek Deaton, Lisa Mann, Midge Zelker, Marlene Rodman and Nicolette Rodman Kelly.
