Amy Larissa Gillum and Ted Anthony Laymon announce their intention to wed May 30 in Saratoga.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Tom and Susan Gillum of Los Gatos. A graduate of Los Gatos High School, Santa Clara University, and University of Hawaii with a master's in business, she is a branch manager for Spherion Corporation in San Jose.

Her fiancé is the son of Alex and Patti Laymon of Columbus, Ohio. A graduate of Bellarmine College Preparatory and Santa Clara University, he is a managing partner of Il Fornaio in San Jose.
