Disturbance—Jan. 7, 10:04 p.m. A male subject was dropped off in front of a caller's residence on Longridge Road by a gold van with a female driver. The subject rolled on the ground and then got up and walked toward Carlton Avenue. The gold van returned a few minutes later with the car's headlights off and driving slowly. Police responded and learned that the male subject had a fight with the female driver during dinner and decided to jump out of the van when the two were heading home. The male subject told police he did not want to go home with the female driver so he would walk to a hotel.
Obscene or harassing phone calls—Jan. 6, 3:34 p.m. A caller reported that she has been receiving death threats via email. She is also receiving viruses on her computer and annoying phone calls.
Unstable Person—Jan. 5, 10:18 p.m. A male subject was seen breaking into a vehicle at a hospital on Los Gatos Boulevard. The subject drove off but hit an ambulance that was trying to drop off a patient. The subject turned out to be a patient at the hospital who was trying to leave. He did not want to go back to the hospital after police responded.
Battery—Jan. 5, 8:34 p.m. A 47-year-old female subject left a location on Dardenelli Lane in a cab and was seen with a cut lip and an injured eye. A fire team responded to the incident.
Residential burglary—Jan. 5, 8:18 p.m. A caller came home and thought someone had broken into her residence on Fillmer Avenue. She did not know if the suspect was still inside the residence when she called. Police reported and found that the front door was open but still locked. An unknown subject had gone through all the drawers in the residence as well as all the closets.
Unknown circumstances—Jan. 5, 6:06 p.m. A female juvenile on Belvue Drive was heard screaming in the background on a phone call. Her mother was yelling at the girl to get in her room and police responded to the scene. The mother said she was having a fight with her son. Her son threw a chair but everything was calm when police responded. Her son was at the table going over his homework.
Unstable person—Jan. 4, 10:54 p.m. A caller on SaratogaLos Gatos Road reported that his son was hallucinating and was outdoors with a possible weapon.
Malicious mischief—Jan. 3, 11:13 p.m. A few subjects were seen taking the Christmas lights off a house and from a front yard on Hernandez Avenue. When the subjects saw the reporting caller, they took off in a white four-door sedan.
Unknown circumstances—Jan. 3, 8:05 p.m. A caller believes she was drugged last night somewhere on Broadway. She met a male subject while on the street and after a drink, she began to slur her speech and was unable to control her actions.
